Please be aware that by booking any services offered by A&S Small Pet Services you are accepting my terms and conditions.

Training & Behavioural Consultations

All cancellations must be made via email or WhatsApp message 48 hours prior to the start of the booking otherwise full payment will be charged. This applies to one off bookings and block bookings.

Payments to be made at the time of booking via direct bank transfer. Bank details will be forwarded privately.

All pre booked and paid sessions must be used within 6 months from booking. No refund will be made should your sessions expire.

Prior to any behavioural consultation, it is recommended that you have a comprehensive health check completed by your vet. This should include a full panel of bloods to exclude any other underlying disease or pain which could be adding to or causing your dogs discomfort or reactivity.

I only use kind, ethical and science based positive reinforcement training. I do not endorse or work with guardians who are actively using any form of punishment in training their dogs. These includes prong collar, shock collar, slip lead for lead corrections, or anti-bark collar.

Dog Walking

Should you wish to cancel a single dog walk, cancellations must be made via email or WhatsApp message 48 hours prior to the start of the dog walk otherwise full payment will be charged.

For cancellations of bookings that are between 2-7 consecutive days a 7-day notice period is required. Should this not be adhered to then full dog walking charges will apply for the period you have cancelled.

For cancellations of bookings that are more than 7 consecutive days a months notice is required. Should this not be adhered to then full dog walking charges will apply for the period you have cancelled.

Invoices are to be settled within 7 days of being emailed.

All dogs must have a identify tag attached to either their harness or collar.

I do not walk dogs that wear a prong, shock or anti-bark collar.

Should your dog have any allergies or special treat requirements, please ensure these are available for the duration of the walk.

Should or dog contract an infectious disease this must be notified so all walks can be cancelled with guidance from your vet.

I do not walk dogs in season and visits will be provided as an alternative.

I have the right to cancel or change any dog walks depending on how warm or how cold the weather conditions are. This may depend on breed, age and health of your dog. As a rule, I will not walk dogs over 23°C in full sun and a garden visit would be offered instead.

Should you wish your dog to have water on warm days, I will provide a water bottle however please remember this is a communal bottle and will be shared by other dogs.

Any illness which starts during a dog walk that may require urgent veterinary treatment must be paid for by the client in full.

Pet Visits

Cancellation of a booking must be at least 7 days before the booking commences, otherwise full charges for the booking will be incurred.

Invoices will be sent out 2 weeks before the booking commences. These must be settled within 3 days of receiving.

I cannot take responsibility for any indoor cats that may be liable to door dash whilst you are away. Should this happen, you will be informed ASAP.

Privacy Policy

The A&S Small Pet Services website does not capture or store any personal information without consent. If you contact us for any reason your details may be kept for a period of time in order that we may be able to identify you should you wish to contact us again. All personal data held by A&S Small Pet Services is used solely for the purpose stated. It is our strict policy not to sell, rent or pass personal details on to third parties. In addition, A&S Small Pet Services will not send you emails that you have not agreed to receive. Apart from information specifically provided by you in emails or entered into any online booking forms, this website does not capture or store any personal information.
